The TGC seal on pickwin.com links to licence No. 0000198 with a valid status, which means players can check the licence from the site footer before they deposit. Nalate SRL is registered in Costa Rica under company number 3-102-918278, and Costa Rica issues no online gambling licence of its own, so the Tobique licence is the only regulatory layer Canadian players get.

The 14,520-game lobby, wager-free Crazy Monday top-up and a 30x welcome rollover are worth having, and Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000198 is a clearer licence trail than the Anjouan licence most review sites still cite.
Against that, withdrawals are capped at C$3,000 a week until the Challenger VIP tier, the Tobique licence carries no provincial standing in Ontario or Alberta, and Casino Guru complaints about self-exclusion are a warning sign.
