The traditional book scatter/wild sign has been replaced in this game with a scarab wild/scatter symbol, which may land anywhere and substitute for normal pay symbols. This assists you in constructing winning combinations, but it is the scatter function that you desire.

If you land three, four, or five scarab scatters anywhere on the reels simultaneously, you’ll receive a scatter win of 2x, 20x, or 200x your bet, accordingly. This also initiates the Bonus Round, which includes eight free spins, and you’ll see the sixth reel unlocked prior to the selection of the unique expanding symbol.

Thus, during the bonus round, a random normal pay symbol is picked to serve as the expanding symbol. When you land enough of this symbol to generate a win, it will spread to fill the full reel.

The enlarged win is calculated separately from the ordinary win, and the special symbol does not have to fall adjacent to generate completely expanded payments. Wilds are unable to substitute for the enlarged symbol.
