Intema Solutions, a renowned Canadian iGaming firm, has announced that it has successfully rebranded as React Gaming Group following a smooth transition period. All of the company's esports and betting operations will be conducted under the RGG symbol.
Although the rebrand will make it such that common shares will trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the new RGG symbol and name, the company has noted that the rebranding process occurred without any modifications to the share capital or consolidation of existing shareholders' interests.
The rebrand, according to React Gaming CEO and president Laurent Benezra, came about after the acquisition of eSports betting platform Loot.Bet earlier in 2022. Benezra noted that it was past time to take stock of the group’s involvement in the iGaming and eSports industries.
The acquisition of Loot.Bet has proven to generate significant income for the firm, and as a result, React Gaming is confident in its ability to extend its betting and online gaming activities into a variety of new and lucrative areas.
With more than 500,000 registered customers, Loot.Bet is one of the world's most popular esports betting sites. A competent staff of more than 50 individuals supports the company's activities, which include live gambling and online gaming. Benezra noted that the firm would undertake marketing campaigns in the next weeks in order to increase the size of the 500,000-member Loot.Bet community and, as a result, attract new users.
With the acquisition of Loot.Bet, the React Gaming Group now has 5 companies in total under its umbrella; the other four being Team Bloodhounds, Generationz Gaming Entertainment, Parabellum, and HypeX.gg.
HypeX.gg is an esports social gaming platform that focuses on peer-to-peer gaming in the esports industry. The site hosts a large number of tournaments, all of which are open to the public and give real money awards as rewards. As participants participate in games, their statistics are immediately updated.
Generationz Gaming Entertainment is a company that specializes in providing customized esports and sports solutions. With the firm’s services, partners may start their own new gambling sites while receiving experienced coaching from React Gaming's staff to assist them through every stage of the process.
Squad Bloodhounds is a Canadian Fortnite team that aims to promote fan interaction by posting content on its social media outlets, which include YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter.
Finally, Parabellum is a professional esports group based in Toronto, Canada, that competes in games such as Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, Rainbow Six Siege, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Rocket League, and other popular titles. Northern Shield Academy, which supports players' esports careers and includes content makers and streams from North America, is administered by the team as a subsidiary.
React Gaming, a major iGaming firm, is well-known for its commitment to investing in technology that give players with the greatest possible gaming experiences. The firm provides maximum involvement in the iGaming market, which is expanding at a rapid pace, through the use of intelligent data.
